Meagan asked me what’s new with you?
I said, “Oh nothing much.”
She replied quickly, “Oh, I highly doubt that!”
…
In retrospect she was right.
I had learned a tool to achieve my goals by speaking them everyday while moving. As a result I have to keep rewriting my goals because I keep achieving them!
I had started rebounding and was addicted to the cleansing effects and I had consistently bounced everyday for 8 months changing my body composition!
I had learned an essential detail about Intermittent Fasting and had lost 10 pounds and felt like I had the secret to the universe!
I’d been certified to use life coaching tools from The Life Coach School and I was integrating them into my Closet Coaching practice and loving the results that my Clients were receiving!
I’d written my second book and was very close to releasing it to my audience.
I continue to hone my offer and it keeps getting better and better.
We were living into our desire to stay connected with our family and friends and had traveled many times to accomplish this.
Let’s not forget to celebrate! To acknowledge! To dream and to live into our dreams! To design and execute our desires! To set goals and blow our own minds as we achieve them! To cheer ourselves on! To cheer on those around us!
What’s new with you?
