Beauty is more than skin deep, in fact, I like to call it an inside job. The better your nutrition and overall wellness, the healthier you will look on the outside.
For example, what do your skin, hair, and nails say about you? Do they say ‘I eat well,’ or do they scream of your Chick-fil-a addiction? Do they declare ‘I love who I am’ or does it look like they are announcing to the world ‘Who cares? I certainly don’t.’

When organizing a specific area, such as a closet, dresser drawer, or bathroom cabinet, take time to refresh the space. The following steps will help ensure that the space is clean and ready for your organizational plan:
1. Empty the space completely.
2. Dust and vacuum to remove debris and wipe down surfaces with a damp cloth.
3. Add any necessary shelves or hooks.
4. Refresh completely by painting it a fresh color.
Once the surface areas have been completely cleaned and refreshed, you can add final touches such as shelf liners or storage baskets. Add lavender or cedar sachets to drawers and cabinets to keep everything fresh and to add a touch of pretty!
